OPTEK Technology’s OCB100 series self calibrating PCB takes the guesswork out of calibration of a wide variety of OPTEK slotted switches and reflective sensors. The OCB100AZ is designed for use with PCB mount devices while the OCB100CZ can be used with any OPTEK wired sensor with a phototransistor output.1 Four LEDs on board provide indication when the device is calibrated, not calibrated, has reached the logical trip higher than the calibration point, or lower than the calibration point. The device also provides an analog output for critical measurements.
