Advanced Power's expanding family of high performance power MOSFETs now includes a range of parts in the new SDPAKTM package. The TO-252 package comes with a split tab that provides separate drain connections to the two MOSFETS in the package.

This allows them to be used independently, for example in synchronous buck converters. The initial products have a Vds rating of 30V and 40V, offering low Figure of Merit with on-resistance down to 6.2 mohms. The TO-252 package is widely preferred for all commercial-industrial SMT applications and suited for AC/DC converters.
