The 8 series switch panels introduced by APEM are modular and compact switch panels for use in semi-protected environment. They feature good tactile feedback, IP 65 front face sealing and a stainless steel front face, while remaining at an attractive price level.

Two models are available:

• The 8P series featuring flush stainless steel keys with plastic surround that allow backlighting. The small key dimensions (12,5 x 12,5 mm) and a mounting pitch of 16,5 mm min. make these panels particularly compact.
• The 8Z series, based on the same technology, featuring prominent 15 x 15 mm keys made of aluminum alloy and providing higher resistance to external aggressions.

On the two models, the front face, key top and contact domes are of stainless steel. Laser marking or chemical etching can customize these switch panels.
